If you are not satified with our product quality, raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of item delivery
We strive to deliver the best quality product within the stipulated time. However, for any reason, if you are not satified with the quality of our products or the item (s) you received are defective, you can get a full refund of order value or replacement, if intimated within 7 days of delivery*.

- Return or replacement is applicable on all items except consumable items (such as pickles, food supplement etc.) and handicrafts.
- For defective products, we will arrange for a quality check to examine the complaint of the product being faulty/defective. Upon successful validation of the complaint we will process your request for return/replacement with regard to the faulty/defective item(s). The returns/replacements will be accepted for only those items which are found to be faulty/defective.
- Items that you return should not be used, washed, altered/tampered or soiled. All original packing, labels, tags, leaflets, manuals, warranty/guarantee cards, freebies, accessories should be intact.
- Some items are bound by the brand's specific policies regarding repair, exchange and returns. These policies will be binding on the customer.
- Replacements will depend on the availability of the item.
- Refund or replacement will be initiated after the pick-up of product.
- Items sold as sets/combos cannot be exchanged or returned individually.

How can I retun the items received from OnlinePlus?
If you want to return/replace a product on OnlinePlus, please follow these steps:
- Write a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with subject "Return/Replcement Request" along with your order ID & name of item you would like to return.
- You may also call us on +91 9678660505 to raise a return request. Our customer service representative may ask you the order number, address & payment for verification.
- Once pick up reqest has been accepted, we will arrange a pick up for the package & you will be informed about the same within 2 days.
How do I pack my item (s) to make sure it arrives in good condition?
For your convinience & easy return process, an extra Tamper Proof Bag & a return slip with our address on it will be provided to you for the return.
- Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product
- Pack the item safely to ensure against damage in transit.
- Please make sure to pack your final package in the bag provided with the original package.
- Fill up the return form & paste it on the package.
Note: OnlinePlus cannot be held responsible if your item is damaged in transit.
What if OnlinePlus courier partner doesn't serve my location?
In case we are unable to arrange a reverse pickup at your location, we'll inform you and request you to return the item via any other courier. We will refund the full courier amount in cash with order amount. Do retain the original receipt for the courier charges you have paid, it will be required to reimburse the shipping charges. Also note down the courier tracking id for any future reference.
Please ensure that product is in unused and original condition. Include all price tags, labels, original packing and invoice along with the product.
If the package received does not match the above requirements, OnlinePlus holds the right to not make any refunds.
- Returns and all replacements are done free of cost.Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies cannot be returned for obvious reasons
- In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you including shipping charges are transferred to your account
- Replacement is subject to availability of stock with us. In case a Replacement is not available, we will refund the amount for the same.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as you received it
- Specific categories like consumable items & handicrafts
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories
